OSHA Compliance – 24 Hour
Course Outline
Course Length: 24 hours over 3 days - Course length shall vary depending on the number of students. Total course time does not include breaks.
Class Size: The maximum number of students that may be trained and tested per instructor shall be thirty–five (35) in the classroom session.
Course Objective:
- To provide occupational workers with relevant information associated with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance related training
- To provide employees with awareness level occupational safety training
- To provide safe work practices for the workplace

Successful Course Completion:
- Requires a minimum score of 70% or better, unless otherwise specified by the student’s employer.
- Students will have no more than thirty (30) minutes to complete each exam.
- Grades shall be calculated by dividing the number of questions answered correctly by the total number of exam questions.
Prerequisites: This course shall have no formal pre-requisite.

Day 1: Confined Space, Fall Protection, Scaffolding Safety, SPCCM, Hearing Conservation, HAZWOPER Awareness, Electrical Safety, Personal Protective Equipment, Hazard Communications, Control of Hazardous Energy / Lockout Tag out, Marine Trash & Debris, Heat Stress
Day 2: Incipient Fire Fighting/Portable Fire Extinguishers/Fire Watch, DOT Hazardous Materials
Day 3 Respiratory Protection, Hydrogen Sulfide, Behavior Based Safety, Offshore Orientation, Bloodborne Pathogens, Drug & Alcohol Awareness, Hand Safety, Back Safety, Compressed Gases / Welding, Asbestos Awareness, JSA / JSEA, Security Awareness, Accident Prevention, Signs & Tags, Emergency Response, NORM Awareness, Access to Medical Records
