Completion of the OPITO site audit
Occupational Safety Training, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful completion of the OPITO site audit which was recently conducted at our Brookshire training center. We anticipate final approval later this month, and plan to offer BOSIET courses beginning in January 2012. We will begin enrolling delegates once final approval is granted. OST Train Country Artist
On July 18th, 2011 OST completed a Water Survival/HUET course for country singer Trace Adkins and 8 other crew members for an upcoming series titled Day Jobs that will air Wednesday 9/14/2011 at 7:00 pm on GAC (Great American Country). The show is designed to highlight the career that the country artist had prior to having a record deal. MSC granted Ambulance Licensure by the Pennsylvania Department of Health
Medical & Safety Concepts (MSC) has been granted its Ambulance Licensure by the Pennsylvania Department of Health to provide ALS Ambulance Service in the LTS EMS Council Region. MSC currently operates with two Paramedics based out of Williamsport, PA under the medical direction of Dr. Gregory Frailey. MSC will add additional medical personnel as contract needs dictate. "We are extremely proud to be part of the LTS EMS Community and look forward to providing professional ALS care to the clients we serve" says Frank Stoltz, VP of Operations.

Clay Shoot Benefit
OST / MSC will participate in a sporting clay shoot to benefit "The Patrick Williamson Foundation" on April 9th at the Wilderness Gun Club Lafayette, La. We will have a 4 man team participating in the event in support of the cause.
Cajun Oilmen's Clay Shoot
OST / MSC will participate in a sporting clay shoot to benefit the "Make a Wish Foundation" whose efforts help terminally ill children's wishes come true. The benefit will be held on April 16th at the Wilderness Gun Club Lafayette, La. We are contributing as a Major Sponsor and will provide hot dogs to the public and also have a 4 man team participating in the event. Medical & Safety Concepts (MSC) has been awarded a contract to provide Paramedics based out of Williamsport, PA. Frank Stoltz, Vice President of MSC said that their Paramedics will be supporting a large operations in the Marcellus Shale area.

OST / MSC will participated in a sporting clay shoot to benefit "Dreams Come True Foundation" on February 19th at the GOL Shooting Range in Maurice, La. We provided fried fish and will had a 4 man team participate in the event.

Medical & Safety Concepts (MSC) Supplies Paramedics in Aberdeen, Scotland
Medical & Safety Concepts (MSC) supplies two paramedics in Aberdeen Scotland. The paramedics will depart from Port Fourchon and will travel with the vessels to Aberdeen Scotland. The voyage to Aberdeen is expected to be approximately 30-45 days.

Approved American Safety & Health Institute (ASHI) Training Center
Effective December 29th 2010; Occupational Safety Training, Inc. is an ASHI approved training center. OST will be capable of teaching; Basic First Aid / CPR / AED / Emergency O2, EMR (Emergency Medical Response) and First Responder training. These courses will be offered at client request and instructor availability. This approval has also given OST the opportunity to employ a full time First Responder instructor.

Medical & Safety Concepts (MSC) supplies Safety Technicians to an existing client in Israel. The technicians are currently working on board an offshore platform where they are responsible for managing safety operations for the construction project.

OST Launches New Division, Medical & Safety Concepts
Bryan Aucoin, President of Occupational Safety Training (O.S.T.), announced today that the company is expanding services offered to its customers. O.S.T. has launched a new division, Medical & Safety Concepts.
Medical & Safety Concepts offers Nationally Registered EMT's and Paramedics that are highly trained in Advanced Cardiac Care, Advanced Trauma Care, as well as a comprehensive set of clinical extension skills that allows them to treat non-emergent medical and traumatic cases at the jobsite. These medics also have the training and skills necessary to perform a variety of functions that will assist the client in their day to day operations.
Medical & Safety Concepts also offers Safety Technicians who are capable of working in a variety of lead safety positions. Safety Technicians are available to work side by side with the client's safety personnel, company representatives and construction superintendents, in addition to functioning as the client's full time safety officer administrating their specific safety program.
OST has obtained Frank Stoltz to serve as Vice President of Medical & Safety Concepts. Stoltz has already begun working alongside O.S.T.'s Sr. Vice President, Travis Martin, to establish this new line of services. Stoltz comes to Medical & Safety Concepts with over thirty years experience in Emergency Medical Services. Stoltz has spent the last twenty years as a supervisor and manager of Paramedics in both the 911 sector and the Oil & Gas Industry. Along with his experience, Stoltz brings to this new division of O.S.T. an understanding that his employees are his most valuable asset and customer service must be the core company value. "Our people are our business. You have to attract good people that have the same passion as you to be successful," says Stoltz.
Management Team Travels to Aberdeen, Scotland
OST management attends re-breather training in Aberdeen, Scotland in preparation for OPITO / BOSIET accreditation. The training is vital in preparing our staff on the proper usage and decontamination of the APP (Air Pocket Plus) re-breather system. The training will be held at Survival-One, they manufacture the APP unit.

OST Applies for OPITO / BOSIET Training
OST applies for OPITO / BOSIET training to be offered at the Brookshire, Texas training center. The 5 day training course is designed for employees that work internationally, mainly in cold water regions. It is our goal to make this training available to clients during the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2011.
New Iberia HUET Cap Increased to 24 Students
Beginning on August 23, 2010, Occupational Safety Training, Inc. will increase the maximum number of students allowed in HUET / Water Survival from sixteen (16) to twenty four (24) at the New Iberia Facility only. In addition to this increase, there will no longer be a cancellation fee for "NO SHOWS" and last minute cancellations. This decision was made with both the quality of the course and customer service in mind.
Our facility in Brookshire, Texas must continue to honor the sixteen (16) person cap due to specific operator requirements that we have agreed to adhere to.

OST supplies instructors in North Dakota and Pennsylvania regions to conduct safety training courses at client's request. We are currently providing a full range of safety training which is customized to our clients work schedule.

OST Expansion
OST has expanded the New Iberia training center to include a 4,000 square foot administrative office location. This expansion will allow a more productive work environment for our administrative staff and allow archives to be filed onsite. With this expansion, we were able to increase the size of our computer lab and add an additional classroom to the current training center, bringing the total number of equipped classrooms to ten.

T-2 Training, Brookshire Facility:
We are now offering T-2 (subpart-O) training in our Brookshire, Texas facility. The first 3-day course was held on March 17th-19th, 2010. The course will be offered on a bi-weekly basis and can be scheduled by contacting Mandy Delcambre, (888) 261-8925, or by email at .

OST – Brookshire Fire School:
OST Brookshire will begin conducting an 8 hour basic fire course utilizing a 5 station fire field which will be operational on January 15th, 2010. The stations are designed to simulate a well head, paint locker, electrical cabinet, liquid sump, and trash fires. The practical training will be conducted using full bunker gear, hose lines, and SCBA's. Please refer to our training calendar to view regular course listings.
