O.S.T. Mission Statement
Occupational Safety Training, Inc.’s mission is to maximize our client’s safety investment by delivering interactive and hands-on training, experienced paramedics, and qualified safety personnel to diverse industries while expanding our current safety services.
In 2003 Occupational Safety Training, Inc.(OST) was established in New Iberia, Louisiana by Tommy Granger and Bryan Aucoin. Prior to establishing their partnership Aucoin served as HSE manager for Granger during his ownership of an offshore construction company. While previously working together, the two identified the need for a quality safety training provider that could offer outstanding customer service. From that concept the partnership was established. The success of the company is due to the combination of the business experience of Granger and the HSE experience of Aucoin. Together, surrounded by an outstanding management team led by Senior Vice-President Travis Martin, OST has experienced success and growth.
In 2006 OST expanded its training operations to Texas, building a state of the art training center in Brookshire. The Brookshire facility was designed to duplicate the safety training and consulting services provided by the New Iberia location which is the company headquarters.
In 2010 OST expanded its consulting business with the addition of a new division named Medical & Safety Concepts (MSC). The MSC division offers remote EMT Paramedics as a compliment to the existing consulting business which provides Safety and Fire Watch Technicians to our customers. OST has formed a “One Stop Shop” service company offering safety training, consulting services, and safety technicians / EMT paramedics.
